NACHI certified

Professionally certified by the National Association of Home Inspectors in all the aspects of a home.

radon testing

Radon is radioactive gas naturally emitted from the ground and exists everywhere. Radon can accumulate to dangerous levels in the home and is the leading cause of lung cancer after smoking. Testing is always recommended.

Infrared Imaging

Infrared imaging can be used to detect moisture/water leaks, heat loss, furnace and radiant issues and efficiency. Imaging is included free on every inspection.

MOLD testing

Mold testing will test for the presence of numerous molds, fungi and allergens including black mold. A minimum of two air samples are taken. One from outside and one from inside the home. Indoor results are then compared to baseline mold levels in the outdoor air. Additional indoor samples can be taken depending on your needs. Please call us to discuss.

SpA/Hot TUb Inspection

Repairing or replacing a spa/hot tub can be very expensive and repair costs can add up quickly. If the home you are a buying or selling is equipped with these features I recommend they be inspected as well. Add a spa/hot tub inspection and I will open access panels and inspect all visible plumbing, filters, lights, valves, pumps and motors, electrical system, filtration system, pool heater, safety barriers, solar heating systems, and any adjoining structure related to the spa/hot tub.
